Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about the waiters of your restaurant, they are very rude. I came the last weekend and they were provoking us and they also ate bubble gum and chatted all the time.

Firstly, when I arrived to the restaurant with my family for dinner, the waitress made a mistake with the table and she changed our table for another. Also, during the dinner the waiters distributed the dishes wrong and they were criticizing us and said banned words. Another thing that surprised me was that they were eating bubble. The behavior of the staff was totally inappropriate, so we are very disappointed with the restaurant.

Furthermore, we were shocked to see that the steak and the pork were not cooked enough and in one salad we found a spider, this is completely unacceptable.

Until now, I had always been really impressed with your restaurant, your waiters and the category of the food. It is very sad the behavior of the workers because until now I thought that the employers were polite, but I was wrong. Under the circumstances, I would be grateful if you could give me a full refund or a good dinner without problems.

I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.

Yours faithfully,

Xènia Salellas
